Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless stated otherwise below.

Hair Products (Wigs, Bundles, Closures, Frontals, etc.)

For hygiene and quality control reasons, all hair products are final sale.

We do not accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The hair has been worn

  • The lace has been cut

  • The product has been installed, brushed, combed, or altered in any way

  • The original packaging has been opened or removed

If your hair arrives defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Your order number

If approved, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.

Clothing & Accessories

We do not offer refunds on clothing or accessories.

In rare cases, we may allow an exchange only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags are still attached

  • Request is made within 3 days of delivery

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Order Issues / Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of your claim.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.

Any chargebacks or payment disputes filed without contacting us first may result in:

  • Being banned from future purchases

  • Legal action if fraud is suspected
